You can of course return a product, you will find more information below.
It is annoying when a product does not work properly or breaks down. Fortunately, we give a warranty for a period of 1 year after purchase.
There is a 30-day view period on every order you place with us.
Feel free to view the product as you would in the store. For example, take the garden hose out of the box, look at it from all sides, but do not spray with it. Visible signs of use or missing accessories may result in a depreciation charge.
Are you returning an item? Then we ensure that the return shipment is processed within 14 days.
1. First send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with the following information in this email:
• Full name
• Company name
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Order number (can be found in the order confirmation email)
• Reason for return.
2. As soon as you have received a response from Arpo, you can hand in your package at, for example, a package servicepoint and you will receive a track & trace code. You can use this to track your return shipment to our address in Helvoirt, The Netherlands.
3. You can send the package to the following return address:

• 5268 BC Helvoirt
• The Netherlands
4. Your return will be further processed from Helvoirt. This is not visible to you, but in the meantime, we are busy for you.
5. Within 14 days you will receive an e-mail from us with more information about your return.
Have you not received an email from us after 14 days? Please contact us and we will check it for you.
If you return the item to us, you pay the shipping costs yourself. These are for your own account.
We can charge costs for any damage or an unstamped shipment. This also applies to products, which can, being opened, lead to a significant depreciation.
The following are excluded from the right of return:
• Cleaning agents
The product must be returned including its accessories. And, as far as reasonably possible, in the original and undamaged packaging.
Keep the proof of shipment that you receive from the PostNL employee until your return has been processed.
Your return will be handled in our warehouse in Helvoirt, Holland, the handling time is approximately 2 weeks.
Have you paid for your purchase online and are you returning it within the trial period? Then the refund will take place immediately after return processing to the account number with which the payment was made. With any other payment method, the processing time is 3-5 working days.

It is not possible to exchange your product for another type of product via the return process. For this you can place a new order on arpobv.nl.
